New Work Experience Placements for Howes Hoose

A new term and a new work placement for one young man who started working at Airyhall Community Centre this week. His main job is to help Karen keep the Centre clean and tidy especially the toddlers play area; those of you who have little children will know how difficult this is!

Well done on a positive and enthusiastic start.

Room 14 Health and Wellbeing: Hand washing and Games

Room 14 have been learning about our bodies and focusing on hand washing.  We used the Glitter Bugs hand washing equipment to show where the bacteria is on our hands.  Everyone enjoyed participating in this activity.

Today we had fun turn taking and exploring a variety of games.

Room 15: Fun in the Snow!

Room 15 pupils were excited to see the snow last week.  Some of us lay down and made snow angels.  We enjoyed holding some cold snow in their hands and one of us insisted on taking her snow back in to class with her!  Guess who that might have been! We were all full of smiles and did some great sharing.
